Announcement of keynotes

It is our pleasure to announce that keynotes have been scheduled into the conference agenda. Prof. Arthur I. Karshmer (University of San Francisco, USA), prof. Jan Engelen (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium) and Melissa Malzkuhn, M.A. (Gallaudet University, USA) have accepted our invitation to open conference sessions with their keynote papers.
